We extrude the coex film, print it and convert it into poly mailers on our own lines in Istanbul. US distributors and brands buy directly from the factory, with no trading company in between.
What "manufacturer" means here
- Film extrusion, flexo printing up to 6 colors and bag making all run in one plant, three shifts a day.
- More than 100 people produce 500+ tons of flexible packaging every month.
- Around 1,000 tons of plastic a year is recycled in-house.
Made to your specification
- Standard sizes from 3 × 4 in to 31 × 43 in, with a 2 in flap, and any other size on request.
- Typically 1.5–4 mil; other thicknesses on request.
- White/gray or black coex, 70% post-consumer recycled option, plain or printed.
- Dual-strip return mailers, packing list pockets, handles, wicketed for packing lines.
